Returns & Refunds — The Pickelball Co.

• Paddles & equipment: 30-day returns accepted on unused items in original packaging.
• Condition: Items must be unplayed and undamaged to qualify for a full refund.
• Exclusions: Worn apparel, opened consumables (balls, lead tape), and items marked final sale are not eligible.
• Process: Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
